1  | 國朝蔡德晉撰。德晉字仁錫，無錫人。雍正丙午舉人，乾隆初以楊名時薦官司務。是書前十六卷皆本經，第十七卷附吳澄所輯《逸禮》八篇，皆引宋、元、明以來諸家之說，與《注》、《疏》互相參証，大旨皆不戾於古。名物制度，考辨頗悉。亦間出新義。如《士冠禮》文：「白屨以魁柎之。」鄭《注》：「魁，蜃蛤。柎，注也。」蓋以蛤灰柎注于屨，取其潔素。《說文》所云魁蛤，是其確証。乃引萬斯大之說，謂「魁以木為之。明時巾帽以木為範，名曰魁頭，蓋本於此。」殊不免杜撰無稽。然如《士冠禮》《經》文曰：「即筵坐櫛，設笄。」 |
| 3 | 元李濂著《夏周正辨疑》，明張以寧著《春王正月考》，而《經》義始明。鼐複取兩家之說，節其繁冗，益以近儒所論，補所未備，駁胡氏、蔡氏改月不改時及諸儒時月俱不改之說，以明《左氏》王周正月之旨，辨証極有根據。其中「三正通於民俗」一條，所引陳廷敬、蔡德晉諸說，於三代諸書所紀年月差互之處，一一剖其所以然，更足破疑似之見。雖篇帙無多，而引証詳明，判數百年紛紜轇轕之論，於經學亦為有功矣。 |
