安帝義熙三年,當殷,御史中丞范泰議,以章后喪未一周,不應殷祠。時從太常劉瑾議「小君之喪,不以廢大禮泰議曰:「今雖既之後得以嘗,而無殷薦之比。禮有喪薦廢吉祭,祭新主於寢。今不設別寢,既,遂祭於廟。故四時嘗,以寄追遠之思,三年一,以習昭穆之序,義本各異。三年喪畢,則合食太祖,過時而殷,無取於限三十月也。」隆安之初,以喪而廢矣。瑾議曰:「臣尋升平己後殷祭,皆在周內。永和十年至今五十餘載,三十月輒殷,是依禮,五年再殷。而泰言非當,若臣啟不允,則責失奏彈。」。」初元帝元興三年四月,不得殷祀,進用十月,若計常限,今當用冬;若更起端,則應四月。時尚書奏從領司徒王謐議,反初四月為殷祠之始謐議曰:「有非常之慶,有非常之禮。殷祭舊準不差,至於義熙之慶,經古莫二,雖曰反正,理同受命。愚謂履運惟新,於是乎始,宜用四月。」太常劉瑾議:「殷無定日,考時致敬,且禮意尚簡。去年祠雖於日有差,而情典允備,宜仍以為正。」徐乾議:「三年一,五年一,經傳經籍,不見補殷之文。」著作郎徐廣議:「若用三十月,今則應用四月,於時有殷而遷在冬。從太元元年十月殷祠,若用常三十月,今則應用二年四月。是追計辛未歲十月,未合六十月而再殷。」劉澗之等議:「泰元元年四月應殷,而禮官墮失,逮用十月,本非正期,以失為始。」尚書奏從謐議。博士陳舒表,三歲一閏,五年祭,八年又殷,兩頭如四,實不盈三。又十一年殷,十四年殷,凡間含二,則十年四殷,與禮五年再殷,其議合矣。博士徐禪議:「《春秋左氏傳》曰:『歲及壇單,終及郊宗石室。』許慎稱舊說曰:『終者,謂孝子三年喪終則於太廟,以致新死者也。』」徐邈議:「禮五年再殷,凡六十月,分中,每三十月殷也。」太學博士曹述初難云:「三年之喪,其實二十有五月,則五年何必六十月。禮,天子特示勺,三時皆,雖有定年,而文無定月按:《明堂位》「夏六月,以禮祀周公。」則今之四月。「七月月至,孟獻子其祖,」則今之五月。《春秋》文公二年「大事于太廟」,則今之六月。」邈答曰:「五年再殷,象再閏,無取三年喪也。,三時皆可者,蓋喪中則吉而,服終無常,故隨所遇,唯春不,故曰特示勺,非殷祀常也。禮,大事有時日,故嘗以時,況之重,無定月乎!」今據徐邈議,每三十月當殷祀賀循《祭圖》:太祖東向。昭,北行,南向。穆,南行,北向
