51 ![](more.gif) | 安帝義熙三年,當殷,御史中丞范泰議,以章后喪未一周,不應殷祠。時從太常劉瑾議「小君之喪,不以廢大禮。」初元帝元興三年四月,不得殷祀,進用十月,若計常限,今當用冬;若更起端,則應四月。時尚書奏從領司徒王謐議,反初四月為殷祠之始。博士陳舒表,三歲一閏,五年祭,八年又殷,兩頭如四,實不盈三。又十一年殷,十四年殷,凡間含二,則十年四殷,與禮五年再殷,其議合矣。博士徐禪議:「《春秋左氏傳》曰:『歲及壇單,終及郊宗石室。』許慎稱舊說曰:『終者,謂孝子三年喪終則於太廟,以致新死者也。』」徐邈議:「禮五年再殷,凡六十月,分中,每三十月殷也。」太學博士曹述初難云:「三年之喪,其實二十有五月,則五年何必六十月。禮,天子特示勺,三時皆,雖有定年,而文無定月。」邈答曰:「五年再殷,象再閏,無取三年喪也。,三時皆可者,蓋喪中則吉而,服終無常,故隨所遇,唯春不,故曰特示勺,非殷祀常也。禮,大事有時日,故嘗以時,況之重,無定月乎!」今據徐邈議,每三十月當殷祀。 |
