1  | 陈氏曰：翰林学士李淑等撰。天圣五年，监修国史青社王曾奏，乞用唐吴兢《贞观政要》故事，取三朝圣语、政事及臣僚奏对不入正史者，别为一书，与国史、宝录并行。至十年，书成，诏以「宝训」为名。其后进读于迩英。今《馆阁书目》以为二十卷，富弼所上者，非也，乃《政要》耳。 |
