49  | 成化十一年，南京監察御史楊成奏：「南京進賀聖節表》，行禮時，適有兩臣見五府及所隸武官，大約不過三四十人，且班行失序跪拜參差。及導送輒張雨，葢有策馬前馳及便道先回者。葢緣雖設官糾儀，而無簿籍可稽，以至漫視不謹。及見每歲正旦冬至等節行大禮大臣僅見遵守，其部屬或越於近侍佐貳，或先於正官或常服以取自便，或歷階互為談謔，褻慢不恭，難以悉數。臣惟南京根本重地，其禮文隳廢且如此，則外而三司府縣可知矣」。章下禮部，而複奏以為祖宗成法具悉典禮，但日夕廢墜，誠有如成所言者。合敕南京、禮部移文府部諸司，凡遇大禮，預具各官姓名送掌禮及糾儀官，至日通為檢查，敢有仍前蹈弊者，疏名以聞。其在外聽禮生呈舉上司轉為奏聞，悉麗於法。如此，庶禮儀整肅，人知遵守」。從之。 |
