| 35 | 孫奇逢字啟泰，容城人。年十七，中萬歷庚子舉人；嘗參高陽孫承宗軍事。與左光斗、魏大中、周順昌相善；璫禍作，奇逢拮據調護、供橐饘，遣弟奇彥馳書求援於承宗，竟不得免。 |
| 42 | 容年四十以前，著有「十三經糾繆」、「二十一史糾繆」及「象數」諸書；既以為近口耳之學，不複示人。晚歲遷居富平，四方之士不遠而至。當是時，北方孫奇逢、南方黃宗羲暨容稱海內三大儒；惟容起自孤根，一無憑借，尤為人所莫及。子二：慎言、慎行。慎言以門戶故，出補諸生，終未嘗與科舉之役；陝學使者以選拔貢之太學，卒不赴。兄弟皆克守父志云。 |
