12  | 丙辰，馮翊太守蕭造率官屬舉郡歸義。相繼有華陰縣令李孝常據永豐倉，遣子弟妹夫竇軌等送款，仍便應接河西關上兵馬。又京兆萬年、醴泉等諸縣，皆遣使至。帝曰：「吾未濟者，正須此耳。今既事辦，可以濟乎「乃命所司以少牢祀河。庚申，率諸軍以次而渡。甲子，舍於朝邑長春宮。三秦士庶衣冠子弟，郡縣長吏豪族，弟兄老幼，相攜來者如市。帝皆引見，親勞問，仍節級授官，教曰：「義旗濟河，關中響應。轅門輻湊，赴者如歸。五陵豪傑，三輔冠蓋，公卿將相之緒餘，俠少良家之子弟，従吾投刺，咸畏後時。扼腕連鑣，爭求立效。縻之好爵，以永今朝。」於是秦人大悅，更相語曰：「真吾主也，來何晚哉。」咸願前驅，以死自效。丙寅，遣世子隴西公將司馬劉文靜、統軍王長諧、姜寶誼、寶琮諸軍數萬人，屯永豐倉，守潼關，備他盜，尉撫使人竇軌等受節度焉。遣敦煌公率統軍劉弘基、長孫順德、楊毛等諸軍數萬人，往高陵道，定涇陽、雲陽、武功、盩厔、鄠諸縣等，慰撫使人掾殷開山等受節度焉。 |
