日本訪書志卷一

嘉定丙子興國軍教授聞人模校刊。末有《經傳識異》數十事,又有校刊諸人官銜及聞人模跋。每半葉八行,行十七字,不附《釋音》,藏楓山官庫,蓋即毛居正六經正誤》所稱興國本。餘以《正誤》所引十三條對校,一一相合。又以山井鼎《考文》照之,則彼所稱足利、宋本者亦無一不合;而山井鼎不言是興國本者,以所見本無末題數葉耳。按岳氏九經三傳沿革例》稱:興國本為于氏所刊,此本並無于氏之名。又稱於氏本每數葉後附《釋音》,此本無《釋音》。又稱於氏本有圈點、句讀,併點註文,此本無句讀,則非于氏本無疑。蓋興國舊板始于紹興鄭仲熊,只有《五經》,聞人重刊《左傳》,並修他板,亦只《五經》詳見聞人跋,至于氏始增刻《九經》。其《五經》經注文字雖仍舊木,而增刻《釋文》、句讀。故同為興國本,而實非一本也。大抵南宋之初,諸道所刊經傳,尚不附《釋音》,至南宋末,則無不附《釋音》者。岳氏既稱前輩以興國于氏本為最善,而又議於氏經注有遺脫,餘嘗通校此本,則經注並無遺脫。或於氏重刊此書,失于檢照而有遺脫耶?于氏增《釋音》、句讀已非以原書覆板,重寫時,保無改其行款?故有遺脫之弊。且嘗以岳本互勘,皆此本為勝。如《昭二十年》:「衛賜北宮喜謚」,《杜注》「皆未死而賜謚。」此本無「未」字,與何義門所見宋殘本合。岳本有「未」字,非也。不特岳本,凡阮氏《校勘記》所載宋本亦均不及之。然則今世所存宋本《左傳》,無有善於此者別詳《札記》。餘在日本,曾勸星使黎公刻之,以費不足而止。竊羨聞人以校官慫恿當事者,既刻此書,又修《五經》板;餘亦校官,攜此書歸來數年,口焦唇乾,卒無應之者。古今人不相及,讀聞跋,彌滋愧已。
