2  | 謙卒，廣州表隱代謙封州刺史。乾寧中，節度使劉崇龜死，嗣薛王知柔代為帥，行至湖南，廣州將盧琚、覃玘作亂，知柔不敢進。隱以封州兵攻殺琚、玘，迎知柔，知柔辟隱行軍司馬。其後徐彥若代知柔，表隱節度副使，委以軍政。彥若卒，軍中推隱為留後。天祐二年，拜隱節度使。梁開平元年，加檢校太尉、兼侍中。二年，兼靜海軍節度、安南都護。三年，加檢校太師、兼中書令，封南平王。 |
