帝使吳興沈楨說沈充，說，輸芮翻。許以為司空。充曰：「三司具瞻之重，豈吾所任！任，音壬。幣厚言甘，古人所畏也。《詩·節南山》曰：赫赫師尹，民具爾瞻。《左傳》，晉郤芮曰：「幣重而言甘，誘我也。」且丈夫共事，終始當同，豈可中道改易，人誰容我乎！」遂舉兵趣建康。趣，七喻翻。宗正卿虞潭以疾歸會稽，按漢、晉以來，宗正列於九卿，然未以「卿」字繫官；梁置十一寺，始繫「卿」字。此「卿」字衍。會，工外翻。聞之，起兵餘姚以討充。餘姚縣，屬會稽郡。帝以潭領會稽內史。前安東將軍劉超、宣城內史鍾雅皆起兵以討充。義興人周蹇殺王敦所署太守劉芳，晉惠帝永興元年，分吳興之陽羨、丹楊之永世立義興郡。平西將軍祖約逐敦所署淮南太守任台。約屯壽春，故得逐台。任，音壬。

乙未，以苗晉卿為太保，裴遵慶為太子少傅，並罷政事；以宗正卿李峴為黃門侍郎、同平章事。遵慶既去，元載權益，以貨結內侍董秀，使主書卓英倩潛與往來，上意所屬，主書，省吏也。峴，戶曲翻。屬，之欲翻。載必先知之，承意探微，探，吐南翻。言無不合；上以是益愛之。英倩，金州人也。金州，安康郡。
