五月，太子禅卽位，时年十七。蜀后主讳禅，字公嗣。尊皇后曰皇太后，大赦，改元建兴。封丞相亮为武鄕侯，领益州牧，政事无巨细，咸决于亮。亮乃约官职，修法制，以先主、孔明君臣之相得，而约官职、修法制乃行于辅后主之时，此《易》之戒浚恒也。发敎与羣下曰：「夫参署者，集衆思，广忠益也。参署，谓所行之事，参其同异，署而行之也。若远小嫌，难相违覆，旷阙损矣。违，异也；覆，审也。难于违异，难于覆审，则事有旷阙损矣。远，于愿翻。违覆而得中，犹弃敝蹻而获珠玉。蹻，讫约翻，屐也，草履也。然人心苦不能尽，惟徐元直处兹不惑。又，董幼宰参署七年，徐庶，字元直。董和，字幼宰。处，昌吕翻。事有不至，至于十反，来相啓告。此所谓相违覆也。苟能慕元直之十一，幼宰之勤渠，有忠于国，则亮可以少过矣。」少，诗沼翻。又曰：「昔初交州平，亮躬耕陇亩，与崔州平、徐庶等友善。州平，崔烈子，均之弟也。屡闻得失；后交元直，勤见啓诲；前参事于幼宰，每言则尽；后从事于伟度，数有谏止。数，所角翻。虽资性鄙暗，不能悉纳，然与此四子终始好合，好，呼到翻。亦足以明其不疑于直言也。」伟度者，亮主簿义阳胡济也。
