38  | 戊午，齊王卽皇帝位于南郊，帝諱洋，字子進，勃海王高歡第二子，澄之母弟也。歡以勃海王贈齊王，洋又進爵齊王；且高氏本勃海人，勃海故齊地也，國遂號曰齊。大赦，改元天保。自魏敬宗以來，百官絕祿，至是始復給之。復，扶又翻。己未，封東魏主為中山王，待以不臣之禮。追尊齊獻武王為獻武皇帝，廟號太祖，後改為高祖；文襄王為文襄皇帝，廟號世宗。辛酉，尊王太后婁氏為皇太后。乙丑，降魏朝封爵有差，其宣力霸朝自高歡起兵以來諸勳貴，皆宣力霸朝者也。朝，直遙翻。及西、南投化者，不在降限。謂自關西及江南來投者。 |
