16  | 甲子，珪分尚書三十六曹及外署，凡置三百六十曹，令八部大夫主之。八部大夫，恐當作「八部大人」。魏王珪天興元年，置八部大人於皇城，四方、四維一面置一人，以擬八座，謂之八國，各有屬官，常侍、待詔直左右，出入王命。吏部尚書崔宏通署三十六曹，如令、僕統事。置《五經》博士，增國子太學生員合三千人。 |
