27  | 乙丑，命有司告天地、宗廟、社稷。丁卯，遣使宣諭州、鎮。皆言受禪於唐也。戊辰，大赦，考異曰：梁實錄、編遣錄、薜史、唐餘錄皆不云大赦；今從歐陽史。改元，改元開平。國號大梁。奉唐昭宣帝為濟陰王，曹州濟陰郡。濟，子禮翻。皆如前代故事；唐中外舊臣官爵並如故。以汴州為開封府，命曰東都；以故東都為西都；癈故西京，以京兆府為大安府，置佑國軍於大安府。唐以長安為西京，洛陽為東京。今梁都大梁，在洛陽之東，故以洛陽為西都，大梁為東都，而以長安為大安府。更名魏博曰天雄軍。通鑑二百六十四卷昭宗天祐元年四月，已書「更命魏博曰天雄軍」，蓋亦出朱全忠之意，此複出也，但未知更軍額的在何年。更，工衡翻。遷濟陰王于曹州，栫之以棘，用左傳語。栫，在甸翻，圍也。使甲士守之。 |
