42  | 冬十月戊申，周主如鄴。 |
| 43 | 上聞周人滅齊，欲爭徐、兗，此言禹迹徐、兗二州之地。《禹貢》曰：海岱及淮惟徐州，濟河惟兗州。周之九州，青州得沂、泗、淮三水，兗州得大野，無復徐州矣。今之徐州，春秋宋地，《左傳》圍宋彭城是也。秦屬泗水郡；漢屬沛郡，後分立楚國，後置徐州。自是之後，徐州專治彭城矣。詔南兗州刺史、司空吳明徹督諸軍伐之，以其世子戎昭、將軍惠覺攝行州事。明徹軍至呂梁，周徐州總管梁士彥帥衆拒戰，帥，讀曰率。戊午，明徹擊破之。士彥嬰城自守，明徹圍之。 |
