74  | 閏月，吐蕃首都逻些城寇鄯、廓、河、芳等州，宋白曰：疊州常芬縣，舊為吐谷渾所據，周武成三年，逐諸羌，始有其地，乃於三交築城，置甘松防，又為三川縣，以隸常香郡。建德三年，改三川為常芬縣，仍立芳州，以邑隸焉，取地多芳草以名州。隋廢州，唐復置。吐，從暾入聲。鄯，時戰翻。敕左監門衛中郎將令狐智通發興、鳳等州兵以禦之。興州，漢武都沮縣地。後魏改為略陽縣，江左為武興藩王國。後魏以為武興郡，置興州，改略陽縣為順政縣。鳳州，漢故道河池縣地。晉為仇池氐所據，後魏置梁泉縣，西魏廢帝置鳳州。鄯，時戰翻。監，古銜翻。將，即亮翻。己卯，詔以吐蕃犯塞，停封中嶽。乙酉，以洛州牧周王顯為洮州道行軍元帥，將工部尚書劉審禮等十二總管，并州大都督相王輪為涼州道行軍元帥，將左衛大將軍契苾何力等，以討吐蕃。洮，土刀翻。帥，所類翻。將，即亮翻。并，卑經翻。契，欺訖翻。苾，毗必翻。二王皆不行。 |
