99  | 乙酉，誅侯景所署尚書僕射王偉、左民尚書呂季略、少府周石珍、舍人嚴亶於市。趙伯超、伏知命餓死於獄。以謝答仁不失禮於太宗，特宥之。王偉於獄中上五百言詩，五百言詩，今之五十韻詩也。上，時掌翻。湘東王愛其才，欲宥之；有嫉之者，言於王曰：「前日偉作檄文甚佳。」王求而視之，檄云：「項羽重瞳，尚有烏江之敗；重，直龍翻。湘東一目，寧為赤縣所歸！」王大怒，釘其舌於柱，釘，丁定翻。剜腹、臠肉而殺之。剜，烏丸翻。王偉，侯景之所取計者也；自圍臺城以至於移梁祚，屠蕭氏以及其臣民，皆偉之謀。帝忘其父子兄弟之讎，乃愛其才而欲宥之，發怒於檄文而後誅之，失刑甚矣！ |
