82  | 閏月戊子，以輔師將軍孟陽為兗州刺史，始治淮陰。是歲，改輔國將軍為輔師將軍。兗州本治瑕丘；旣入於魏，始治淮陰。蕭子顯曰：淮陰縣，前漢屬臨淮郡，後漢屬下邳國，晉屬廣陵郡；穆帝永和中，荀羨北討鮮卑，以淮陰舊鎭，地形都要，水陸交通，乃營立城池。是時旣失淮北，遂為重鎭；後為北兗州治所。《九域志》：楚州淮陰縣，在州西四十里。 |
