94  | 二年春正月丙午朔，魏設酒禁，釀、酤、飲者皆斬之；釀者、酤者、飲者皆斬。吉凶之會，聽開禁，有程日。魏主以士民多因酒致鬬及議國政，故禁之。增置內外候官，伺察諸曹及州、鎭，魏自道武帝以來有候官，今增其員。伺，相吏翻。或微服雜亂於府寺間，以求百官過失，有司窮治，訊掠取服；治，直之翻。百官贓滿二丈者皆斬。又增律七十九章。 |
