| 6 | 甲寅，魏主有疾；丁巳，殂于式乾殿。三十三，諡宣武皇帝，廟號世宗。侍中·中書監·太子少傅崔光、侍中·領軍將軍于忠、詹事王顯、中庶子代人侯剛迎太子詡於東宮，至顯陽殿。王顯欲須明行卽位禮，須，待也。崔光曰：「天位不可暫曠，何待至明！」顯曰：「須奏中宮。」光曰：「帝崩，太子立，國之常典，何須中宮令也！」於是，光等請太子止哭，立於東序；丁忠與黃門郎元昭扶太子西面哭十餘聲止。光攝太尉，奉策進璽綬，璽，斯氏翻。綬，音受。太子跪受，服袞冕之服，御太極殿，卽皇帝位。帝諱詡，宣武皇帝之第三子。光等與夜直羣官立庭中，北面稽首稱萬歲。蒼猝不暇集百官，備高氏也。稽，音啓。昭，遵之曾孫也。魏畧陽公遵見一百八卷晉孝武太元二十年。 |
