68  | 九月乙卯，周將獨孤盛將水軍與敦俱進。辛酉，遣儀同三司徐度將兵會侯瑱於巴丘。將，卽亮翻。會秋水汎溢，盛、敦糧援斷絕，分軍抄掠，以供資費。抄，楚交翻。敦恐瑱知其糧少，乃於營內多為土聚，覆之以米，少，詩沼翻。覆，敷又翻。此檀道濟量沙之故智也。召旁村人，營旁之村人也。陽有訪問，隨卽遣之。瑱聞之，良以為實。敦又增脩營壘，造廬舍為久留之計，湘、羅之間遂廢農業。梁置湘州於長沙，置羅州於湘陰縣。瑱等無如之何。 |
