15  | 初，九眞太守李遜作亂，九眞，漢古郡，唐之愛州。交州刺史交趾杜瑗討斬之。瑗卒，瑗，于眷翻。卒，子恤翻。朝廷以其子慧度為交州刺史。詔書未至，循襲破合浦，合浦，漢古郡，唐之廉州。徑向交州；慧度帥州府文武拒循於石碕，破之。碕，渠羈翻。岸曲曰碕。帥，讀曰率。循餘衆猶三千人，李遜餘黨李脫等結集俚獠五千餘人以應循。俚，音里。獠，魯皓翻。庚子，循晨至龍編南津；交趾郡龍編縣，州郡皆治焉。《水經註》：漢建安二十三年，立州之始，蛟龍磐編於水南北二津，故改龍淵曰龍編。余據二《漢志》皆作「龍編」，無亦師古、章懷避唐諱，因亦改「淵」為「編」乎！慧度悉散家財以賞軍士，與循合戰，擲雉尾炬焚其艦，雉尾炬，束草之一頭，施鐵鏃，草尾則開如雉尾然，爇火以投敵。艦，戶黯翻。以步兵夾岸射之，射，而亦翻。循衆艦俱然，兵衆大潰。循知不免，先鴆妻子，召妓妾問曰：妓，渠綺翻。「誰能從我死者？」多云：「雀鼠貪生，就死實難。」或云：「官尚當死，某豈願生！」乃悉殺諸辭死者，因自投於水。慧度取其尸斬之，幷其父子及李脫等，函七首送建康。 |
