100  | 自叔文歸第，王伾失據，日詣宦官及杜佑請起叔文為相，杜佑時為首相，故請之。且總北軍；既不獲，則請以為威遠軍使、平章事，據舊郭子儀傳：肅宗上元元年，以子儀為諸道兵馬都統，令帥英武、威遠等禁軍及諸鎮之師取范陽。既而為魚朝恩所沮不行。則威遠軍，肅宗置也。至德宗時，以左、右威遠營隸鴻臚。賈耽以鴻臚卿兼威遠軍使。至元和二年，敕：「左右威遠營置來已久，著在國章，其英武軍並合并入左、右威遠營。」其後遂以宦官為使，不復隸鴻臚。宋白曰：左、右威遠營本屬鴻臚寺，建中元年七月隸金吾。又不得；其黨皆憂悸不自保。悸，其季翻。是日，伾坐翰林中，疏三上，不報，上，時掌翻。知事不濟，行且臥，至夜，忽叫曰：「伾中風矣！」中，竹仲翻。明日，遂輿歸不出。己丑，以倉部郎中、判度支案陳諫為河中少尹；唐諸都各置尹一人；少尹二人，從四品下，掌貳府州之事，歲終則更次入計。伾、叔文之黨至是始去。 |
