| 93 | 謝琰以資望鎭會稽，資，謂門地成資；望，謂時望。會，工外翻。不能綏懷，又不為武備。諸將咸諫曰：「賊近在海浦，伺人形便，宜開其自新之路。」琰不從，曰：「苻堅之衆百萬，尚送死淮南；琰與謝玄同破苻堅，遂輕孫恩。孫恩小賊，敗死入海，何能復出！復，扶又翻；下同。若其果出，是天欲殺之也。」旣而恩寇浹口，浹口，今在明州定海縣虎蹲山外。浹，卽叶翻。杜佑曰：浹口在明州鄮縣東北七十里。入餘姚，破上虞，進及邢浦，《晉書》曰：邢浦去山陰北三十五里。琰遣參軍劉宣之擊破之，恩退走。少日，復寇邢浦，少，詩紹翻。復，扶又翻；下同。官軍失利，恩乘勝徑進。己卯，至會稽。琰尚未食，曰：「要當先滅此賊而後食。」因跨馬出戰，兵敗，為帳下都督張猛所殺。吳興太守庾桓恐郡民復應恩，殺男女數千人，恩轉寇臨海。朝廷大震，遣冠軍將軍桓不才、冠，古玩翻。輔國將軍孫無終、寧朔將軍高雅之拒之。 |
