60  | 三月戊申，丹楊陶弘景卒。弘景博學多藝能，好養生之術。仕齊為奉朝請，棄官，隱居茅山。茅山在今建康府句容縣南五十里。《山記》云：漢時有三茅君，各乘一鶴來此，故名焉。卒，子恤翻。好，呼到翻。朝，直遙翻。上早與之遊，及卽位，恩禮甚篤，每得其書，焚香虔受。屢以手敕招之，弘景不出。國家每有吉凶征討大事，無不先諮之，月中嘗有數信，月中，謂一月之中也。信，使信也。時人謂之「山中宰相」。將沒，為詩曰：「夷甫任散誕，平叔坐論空。王衍，字夷甫；何晏，字平叔；以魏、晉諭梁也。誕，徒旱翻。豈悟昭陽殿，遂作單于宮！」《弘景傳》曰：後侯景篡，果在昭陽殿。史言修道之士有識時知數者。時士大夫競談玄理，不習武事，故弘景詩及之。 |
