76  | 裴度之在淮西也，布衣柏耆策干韓愈曰：「吳元濟既就擒，王承宗破膽矣，願得奉丞相書往說之，說，式芮翻。可不煩兵而服。」愈白度，為書遣之。承宗懼，求哀於田弘正，請以二子為質，質，音致。及獻德、棣二州，輸租稅，請官吏。弘正為之奏請，為，于偽翻。上初不許；弘正上表相幾，上表，時掌翻。上重違弘正意，乃許之。夏四月甲寅朔，魏博遣使送承宗子知感、知信及德、棣二州圖印至京師。 |
