4  | 元和四年秋七月壬戌御史中丞夷簡彈京兆尹楊憑，前為江西觀察使貪污僭侈；丁卯，貶憑臨賀尉。臨賀，漢縣，屬蒼梧郡，以臨賀水，故名。唐帶賀州。夷簡，元懿之玄孫也。鄭王元懿，高袓之子。上命盡籍憑資產，財物田園，人資以生，謂之資產。李絳諫曰：「舊制，非反逆不籍其家。」上乃止。 |
