68  | 上雖用朔方之眾，欲借兵於外夷以張軍勢，以豳王守禮之子承寀為敦煌王，與僕固懷恩使于回紇以請兵。又發拔汗那兵，且使轉諭城郭諸國，北狄逐水草為行國。西域諸國皆有城郭，故謂之城郭諸國。許以厚賞，使從安西兵入援。李泌勸上：「且幸彭原，俟西北兵將至，進幸扶風以應之；於時庸調亦集，調，徒弔翻。可以贍軍。」上從之。戊辰，發靈武。 |
