137  | 突厥數為邊患，數，所角翻。幷州大總管府長史竇靜表請於太原置屯田以省餽運；議者以為煩擾，不許。靜切論不已，敕徵靜入朝，長，知兩翻。朝，直遙翻。使與裴寂、蕭瑀、封德彝相論難於上前，瑀，音禹。難，乃旦翻。寂等不能屈，乃從靜議，歲收穀數千斛，上善之，命檢校幷州大總管。靜，抗之子也。竇抗，榮定之子。十一月辛巳，秦王世民復請增置屯田於幷州之境，從之。 |
