116  | 癸未，突厥寇原州；原州，漢高平縣地，後魏立原州，取「高平曰原」以名州。厥，九勿翻。乙酉，寇朔州。李高遷為虜所敗，行軍總管尉遲敬德將兵救之。己亥，遣太子將兵屯北邊，備原州之寇。敗，補邁翻。尉，紆勿翻。將，卽亮翻。秦王世民屯幷州，備朔州之寇。以備突厥。八月，丙辰，突厥寇眞州，《舊志》：武德二年，置綏州總管府，管雲、銀、眞等十一州。眞州蓋置於銀州眞鄕縣也。又寇馬邑。 |
