26  | 甲辰，以魚朝恩行內侍監、判國子監事。中書舍人京兆常袞上言：「成均之任，當用名儒，五帝名學曰成均。垂拱元年，改國子監曰成均，義取此也。尋復其舊。常袞謂國子監為成均，亦猶今人言太學為辟雍耳。不宜以宦者領之。」丁未，命宰相以下送朝恩上。上，時掌翻。 |
