26  | 乙酉，上以胡寇浸逼北邊，命趣議河東帥；趣，讀曰促；下同。石敬瑭欲之，而范延光、趙延壽欲用康義誠，議久不決。權樞密直學士李崧以為非石太尉不可，延光曰：「僕亦累奏用之，上欲留之宿衛耳。」會上遣中使趣之，眾乃從崧議。丁亥，以石敬瑭為北京留守、河東節度使，兼大同、振武、彰國、威塞等軍蕃漢馬步總管，唐末移大同軍於雲州、振武軍於朔州。帝應州人，即位置彰國軍於應州，以興唐軍為寰州隸之。莊宗同光元年置威塞軍於新州，以媯、儒、武三州隸之。四軍皆節鎮也。加兼侍中。為石敬瑭以河東倚契丹之援而得中國張本。 |
