三月丁卯，幸会节园，遂幸河南府。灵武奏，杀戮蕃贼二千人。壬申，凤翔节度使李从曮进封岐国公，移镇汴州。甲戌，延州节度使高允韬移镇邢州。丙子，以宣徽使朱宏昭为凤翔节度使；潞州节度使朱汉宾加检校太傅，移镇晋州；徐州节度使房知温移镇郓州；郓州节度使王晏球移镇青州。宰臣冯道率百僚拜表，请上尊号曰圣明神武文德恭孝皇帝，诏报不允。壬午，许州节度使孔循移镇沧州；陜州节度使张延朗移镇许州，加检校太傅；沧州节度使张虔钊移镇徐州，加检校太保。癸未，诏贬右散骑常侍、集贤殿学士、判院事萧希甫为岚州司户参军，仍驰驿发遣，坐诬告之罪也。宰臣冯道等再请上尊号，诏允之。丙戌，以侍卫亲军马步军都指挥使、河阳节度使康义诚为襄州节度使、检校太傅；以左武卫上将军刘彦琮为陜州节度使、检校太保。庚寅，制淑妃曹氏可立为皇后，仍令择日册命。
