魏裔介字石生，柏鄉人。順治丙戌進士，選庶吉士，授給事中。有糾邪黨、去冗員、舉經筵、防叢脞、杜侵欺、開言路諸疏，改吏科上褒録》。幽忠疏舉明季殉節范景文等三十人，俱蒙優恤。又因星變，先後上疏十餘，皆切時政。嵗甲午，畿內大水，民多流亡，疏請賑之。時滇、黔未靖，海冦流氛，裔介宻陳用兵機宜，多見採錄。累遷左都御史，條陳時事，疏無虛日。
