146	楊繼盛，字仲芳，容城人。嘉靖進士，授南吏部主事。師事大司馬韓邦竒，盡通其天文、地理、樂律、太乙、壬竒兵陣之學。遷兵部車駕司貟外劾仇鸞擅開馬市，貶狄道典史。鸞敗，累擢武選司員外郎。疏論嚴嵩十罪五姦，下詔獄。或遺以蚺蛇膽，云「服之可以禦杖」，卻不受，曰：「椒山自有膽，安用蚺蛇哉？」杖訖創甚，破甆碗，刺右股，出血數升。已，復手小刄，割左股腐肉旁觀，咸戰慄不已，卒為嵩、陥論死。西市妻張疏乞代死，為嵩所抑，不得逹。穆宗初，贈太常少卿，謚忠愍，立祠致祀。
