趙　鑑字克正，夀光人，進士，正徳間知府，時鹽禁苛刻，四鄰連坐，鑑力為開釋，民頼以安。潘中矩。沔池舉人，正徳間任廣宗知縣，時流賊薄城中，矩勵衆死，守城得完，都御史寗杲督兵索賄中，矩曰：「知縣貧錢，何從來？」杲大怒，故留老弱軍三百人於縣中，矩悉處置得宜，軍士皆服，民亦不擾。後寗敗，發勘，獨廣宗無饋，朝臣異之。
