36  | 盧琦，字希韓，惠安人。至正二年成進士，稍遷知永春縣。始至，賑饑饉，止橫斂，均賦役，減口鹽，蠲𣙜鐵之無徴者。已而訟息民安，乃新學宮，延師儒課子弟，月書季考，文風翕然。鄰邑仙遊盜發，琦適入邑境，盜望見迎拜曰：「此永春大夫耶？為大夫民者何幸之，大吾邑長，乃以暴毒驅我」。琦因立馬，諭以禍福，皆投刄請縛酋以自贖，琦許之。酋至，琦械送帥府，自是威惠行於境外。十三年，泉郡大饑，死者相枕藉，稍能行者，皆老幼扶攜，就食永春。琦勸諸浮屠及大家分食食之，存活不可勝計。十四年，安溪山賊數萬將襲永春，琦召民諭曰：「若等能戰則與之戰，不能則我獨死之」。衆皆曰：「使君父母也，吾儕赤子，安忍以君畀賊耶？今日之事，有進無退」。琦率以攻賊，無不踴躍爭奮，遂大破之。翌日，賊傾巢至，又連破之，大小三十餘戰，斬獲以千計，而邑民竟無一人傷者，賊遂遁去。時兵革四起，列郡皆洶洶，惟永春晏然。若承平後，改知寧徳縣以去。 |
