58  | 三月庚寅，有兩龍見湘州西江。 |
| 83 | 初，承聖二年三月，有二龍自南郡城西升天，百姓聚觀，五採分明。江陵故老竊相泣曰：「昔年龍出建康淮，而天下大亂，今復有焉，禍至無日矣。」帝聞而惡之，踰年而遘禍。又江陵先有九十九洲，古老相承云：「洲滿百，當出天子。」桓玄之為荊州刺史，內懷篡逆之心，乃遣鑿破一洲，以應百數。隨而崩散，竟無所成。宋文帝為宜都王，在藩，一洲自立，俄而文帝纂統。後遇元兇之禍，此洲還沒。太清末，枝江楊之閣浦復生一洲，群公上疏稱慶，明年而帝即位。承聖末，其洲與大岸相通，惟九十九云。 |
