| 23 | 九月辛丑，梁帝進帝位相國，總百揆，封十郡為陳公，備九錫之禮，加璽紱，遠游冠，綠綟綬，位在諸侯王上。策曰：大哉乾元，資日月以貞觀，至哉坤元，憑山川以載物。故惟天為大，陟配者欽明，惟王建國，翼輔者齊聖。是以文、武之佐，磻溪蘊其玉璜，堯、舜之臣，榮河鏤其金板！況乎體得一之鴻姿，寧陽九之危厄，拯橫流於碣石，撲燎火於昆岡，驅馭於韋、彭，跨蹍於齊、晉，神功行而靡用，聖道運而無名者乎。今將授公典策，其敬聽朕命： |
