49  | 荊州刺史劉道規疾患，求歸，八年四月，改授豫州刺史，以豫州刺史劉毅代之。毅既有雄才大志，與帝俱興復晉室，自謂京城、廣陵功足相抗，雖權事推帝，而心不服也。厚自矜許，朝士素望者並多歸之，與尚書僕射謝混、丹陽尹郗僧施並深相結。及鎮江陵，豫州舊府多割以自隨，請僧施為南蠻校尉。帝知毅終為異端，心密圖之。毅至西，稱疾篤，表求從弟兗州刺史藩以為副貳，帝偽許焉。九月，藩入朝，帝命收藩及謝混，並賜死。自表討毅，又假黃鉞，率諸軍西征。以前鎮軍將軍司馬休之為平西將軍、荊州刺史，兗州刺史道憐鎮丹徒，豫州刺史諸葛長人監太尉留府事，加太尉司馬丹陽尹劉穆之建威將軍，配以實力。壬午，發建鄴，遣參軍王鎮惡、龍驤將軍蒯恩前襲江陵，克之，毅及黨與皆伏誅。 |
