五年春正月癸酉，以吏部尚書沈君理為尚書右僕射，領吏部。辛巳，祀南郊。二月辛丑，祀明堂。乙卯夜，有白氣如虹，自北方貫北斗紫宫。三月壬午，以開府儀同三司吳明徹都督征討諸軍事，畧地北邊。丙戌，西衡州獻馬生角。己丑，皇孫允生內外文武賜帛各有差，為父後者賜爵一級。夏六月癸卯，周人來聘。秋九月癸未，尚書右僕射沈君理卒。壬辰晦，夜明。冬十月己亥，以特進周𢎞正為尚書右僕射。乙巳，吳明徹剋夀陽城，斬王琳，傳首建鄴，梟于朱雀航。十二月壬辰，詔熊曇朗、留異、陳寳應、周廸、鄧緒等及王琳首並還親屬，以𢎞廣宥。乙巳，立皇子叔明為宜都王，叔獻為河東王。是嵗，諸軍畧地，所在剋㨗。
