18  | 十三年春正月辛亥，祀圜丘。初備大駕。乙丑，兖州人王伯㳟聚衆勞山，自稱齊王，東萊鎮將孔伯孫討斬之。戊辰，齊人冦邊，淮南太守王僧雋擊走之。二月庚子，引羣臣訪政道得失損益之宜。三月，夏州刺史章武王彬以貪財削封。夏四月丁丑，詔曰：「升樓散物，以賚百姓，至使人馬騰踐，多有毀傷。今可斷之，以本所費之物，賜窮老貧獨者」。州鎮十五大饑，詔所在開倉振恤。五月庚戍，祀方澤。六月，汝隂王天賜、南安王禎並坐贓賄，免為庶人。秋七月，立孔子廟於京師。八月乙亥，詔兼員外散騎常侍邢産使於齊。九月，出宮人賜北鎮人貧鰥寡者。冬十月己未，安豐王猛薨。十二月丙子，司空、河東王茍頽薨。甲午，齊人來聘。己亥，以尚書令尉元為司徒，左僕射穆亮為司空。是歳，高麗、吐谷、渾、隂平、中赤、武興、宕昌等國各遣使朝貢。 |
