49  | 大明元年春正月辛亥朔，大赦，改元。庚午，都下雨水。辛未，遣使檢行，賜以樵米。三月壬戍，制大臣加班劒者，不得入宮城門。夏四月，都下疾疫。丙申，遣使廵賜給醫藥，死而無收歛者，官為歛埋。五月，呉興、義興大水，人饑。乙夘，遣使開倉振恤。癸酉，聽訟于華林園。自是非廵狩軍役，則車駕歲三臨訊。丙寅，芳香琴堂東西有雙橘連理，景陽樓上層西南梁栱間有紫氣，清景殿西甍鴟尾，中央生嘉禾，一株五莖。改景陽樓為慶雲樓，清景殿為嘉禾殿，芳香琴堂為連理堂。乙亥，以輔國將軍梁瑾葱為河州刺史，封宕昌王。秋七月辛未，土斷雍州諸僑郡縣。九月，建康、秣陵二縣各置都官從事一人，司水火刼盜。冬十月甲辰，以百濟王餘慶為鎮東大將軍。十二月丁亥，改封順陽王休範為桂陽王。 |
