庚子，復置廣陽郡。高帝時燕國也，昭帝元鳳元年為廣陽郡，宣帝本始元年更為國也。

白馬氐者，武帝元鼎六年時，分廣漢西部，合以為武都，土地險阻，有麻田，出名馬、牛、羊、漆、蜜，氐人勇戇抵冒，貪貨死利，居於河池，一名仇池，方百頃，四面斗絕。仇池，山，在今成州上祿縣南。三秦記曰：「仇池縣界，本名仇維，山上有池，故曰仇池，山在含洛二谷之閒，常為水所衝激，故下石而上土，形似覆壺。」仇池記曰：「仇池百頃，周回九千四十步，天形四方，壁立千仞，自然樓櫓却敵，分置調均，竦起數丈，有踰人功，仇池凡二十一道，可攀緣而上，東西二門。盤道下至上，凡有七里上則崗阜低昂，泉流交灌。」酈元注水經云：「羊腸盤道三十六回，開山圖謂之仇夷，所謂『積石峨嵯，嶔岑隱阿』。者也。上有平田百頃，煮土成鹽，因以百頃為號」也。數為邊寇，郡縣討之，則依固自守，元封三年，氐人反叛，遣兵破之，分徙酒泉郡，昭帝元鳳元年，氐人復叛，遣執金吾馬適建、姓馬適，名建也。龍頟侯韓增、大鴻臚田廣明，將三輔、太常徒討破之。
