1  | 司空平章事晉陽王溥齊物撰。初，唐德宗時，蘇冕撰四十卷，武宗朝，崔鉉續四十卷，至是溥又采宣宗以降故事，共成百卷。建隆二年正月上之。按《唐志》蘇冕《會要》四十卷，《續會要》四十卷，楊紹復等撰，崔鉉監修。而《會要》稱杭州刺史蘇弁與兄冕纂國朝故事為是書。弁聚書至二萬卷，次於集賢、蕓閣。弁字元容，武功人，武後宰相良嗣之從孫。冕仕為京兆士曹，弁判度支，以腐粟給邊坐貶，冕亦廢。 |
