11  | 许绅者京师人嘉靖初供事御药房受知于世宗累迁太医院使歴加工部尚书领院事二十年宫婢杨金英等谋逆以帛缢帝气已絶绅急调峻药下之辰时下药未时忽作声去紫血数升遂能言又数剂而愈帝徳绅加太子太保礼部尚书赐赉甚厚未几绅得疾曰吾不起矣曩者宫变吾自分不效必杀身因此惊悸非药石所能疗也已而果卒赐諡恭僖官其一子䘏典有加明太医者官最显止绅一人马元仪治一人患心悸症肢体倦怠或以隂虚治之不效诊其脉浮虚无力盖得焦劳思虑伤心也内经云心痹者脉不通烦则心下鼓又原病式云水衰火旺心胸躁动其言脉不通者正以焦劳太过心臓之脉郁而不通也郁则伤血而动君火故悸动不寜也心之下脾位脾受心病郁而生涎精液不生清阳不布故四肢无气以动而倦怠也法宜大补心脾乃与归脾汤二十剂即以此方作丸服之全愈 |
