《皇明資治通紀》又名《皇明歷朝資治通紀》、《皇明通紀》，或簡稱《通紀》，是編年體史書，共四十二卷，明朝陳建著。《皇明資治通紀》分前、後兩編，前編題為《皇明啟運錄》，自元順帝至正十一年（1351）至洪武三十一年。《皇明啟運錄》刊刻後，好友黃佐又勸其續纂後編，即《革朝靖難紀》，自洪武三十一年始，訖於明武宗正德十六年（1521）。陳建再將前後兩編同時刻版，總題為《皇明歷朝資治通紀》，是明代第一部私修編年體史書。更是明朝士子科舉考試時務策最重要的參考書，因此撰續《通紀》者甚多。
岳元聲即重新刪訂此書，增補嘉靖元年至隆慶六年之事，撰成《皇明資治續紀》三十卷。清人馬晉允再補充天啟年間事，全書為二十四卷，題為《皇明通紀輯要》，成書在清朝初年。《通紀》及其續補版本眾多，沈國元、江旭奇、卜大有、董其昌、高汝栻、陳龍可、馬晉允等人皆曾補修此書。《通紀》「流傳宇內，人各操觚，遂成一時風氣。」
