《卷四十七》

白書曰：「降霍叔為庶人，三年不齒，齒，錄也。有不率教者，屏之逺方，終身不齒禮，廢以馭罪，周禮：太宰以八柄馭羣臣。七曰廢，以馭罪。注廢故也。不齒三年，周禮：凡害人者，寘之圍土以明恥之。其能改者，反於中國，不齒三年。孔不盡心於軌，唐李軌字處則。時鄧曉聞軌敗，入賀，帝曰：「而委質李軌以使來，聞其亡不少慼，乃蹈舞以悅我，不盡心於軌，能竭節於我乎！」遂廢不齒。以贓論廢者削迹，盧懐慎臣請以贓論廢者削迹不數十年不賜收齒。母死不葬，顔眞卿，字清臣，復使河東，劾奏朔方令鄭延祚母死，不葬三十年，有詔終身不齒。繇役如初。歸崇敬字正禮，請眡生徒及第多少為博士，考課上下，有不率教者，𭡲𰔪之。國子移禮部為太學生，太學又不變，徙之四門。四門不變，徙本州之學。復不變，繇役如初，終身不齒。財産沒官，十八。
