10  | 崇禎元年，王猷復以撫議說巡撫熊文燦。文燦下巡道鄧良知議。問誰可使芝龍者，猷以毓英對。即白文燦，自獄中釋之使往。方是時楊六、楊七叛烏洋，劉香老擾惠、潮、南澳，褚彩老劫沿海，李魁奇攻掠澎湖、遼羅等處，最橫。魁奇，惠安漁人，能竟日行水中。初聚眾澎湖，候劫呂宋國船。陳德等回臺灣，聞芝龍受撫不決，以眾來會；至澎湖，為魁奇所劫，德及楊天生等皆死，免歸臺灣者惟李英與通事何斌。芝龍聞之，大恚。秋九月，毓英說芝龍降；遍賂當事，皆喜。遂詐以義士鄭芝龍收復鄭一官奏聞，官為防海遊擊，復盧毓英監其軍。芝龍曰：『世無君子，天下皆可貨取耳！陳平之閒項也，黃金勝百戰矣』。 |
