18  | 三十九年，遷於定襄之盛樂。夏四月，祭天，諸部君長皆來助祭，唯白部大人觀望不至，於是徵而戮之，遠近肅然，莫不震懾。始祖乃告諸大人曰：「我歷觀前世匈奴、蹋頓之徒，茍貪財利，抄掠邊民，雖有所得，而其死傷不足相補，更招寇讎，百姓塗炭，非長計也。」於是與魏和親。四十二年，遣子文帝如魏，且觀風土。魏景元二年也。 |
