《帝紀第七 高祖紀上》
54  | 九年春正月戊寅，詔曰：「圖讖之興，起於三季。既非經國之典，徒為妖邪所憑。自今圖讖、秘緯及名為《孔子閉房記》者，一皆焚之。留者以大闢論。又諸巫覡假稱神鬼，妄說吉兇，及委巷諸卜非墳典所載者，嚴加禁斷。」癸未，大饗群臣於太華殿，班賜《皇誥》。二月己亥，制皇子封王者、皇孫及曾孫紹封者、皇女封者歲祿各有差。以廣陽王建第二子嘉紹建後，為廣陽王。乙巳，詔曰：「昔之哲王，莫不博採下情，勤求箴諫，建設旌鼓，詢納芻蕘。朕班祿刪刑，慮不周允，虛懷讜直，思顯洪猷。百司卿士及工商吏民，其各上書極諫，靡有所隱。」三月丙申，宕昌國遣使朝貢。封皇弟禧為咸陽王，乾為河南王，羽為廣陵王，雍為潁川王，勰為始平王，詳為北海王。 |
